I have a small portfolio of rental properties that I manage on my own. As a very busy working mom, I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have been referred to Ed Emerson & Associates. Shawn has helped me on numerous occasions, including some urgent/same day service calls. He has successfully diagnosed and solved my problem every time and also teaches me about whatever issue happened which I appreciate. He is extremely understanding and patient with all my questions. He has fair pricing and I have yet to find anyone better! Thank you for being on speed dial for me!!
