Geisel is a very reliable company. Their technicians are experienced and knowledgeable. Most of the techs are personable and willing to explain what they're doing or what needs to be done in layman's terms. I have only had one negative experience with them in the last 12 years and they more than compensated for the issue. Omar was the technician today.
