Michael Emrich guides the care of our mini arboretum and not only shares his evaluation of the health of our trees but answers my questions with interest and patience. Other tree companies emphasize “we’ll get rid of those trees for you” while Bartlett nurtures and cares for our trees, cutting only when necessary. All Bartlett personnel who have come here have been courteous and happy to share their observations about the trees. I have a diseased tree and they were fast about coming out, informative about the options without using jargon, and returned within just a couple days to treat the tree. They also answered follow-up emails and have been very patient with my worrying. I highly recommend this team!

UPDATE: I received a follow-up call from Bartlett apologizing for the slip in communications. I truly appreciate companies that take their customer service this seriously. My first experience with Bartlett has been very positive. Everyone seems kind, approachable, and professional. They could do a better job of follow-up but their expertise and knowledge are excellent.
