Silvercreek Veterinary Clinic has received mixed reviews from pet owners. Many appreciate the clean, professional environment and thorough care, noting the clinic's commitment to follow-ups to ensure effective treatment. However, some have experienced unwelcoming interactions, which has led them to seek care elsewhere. Despite this, the clinic is recognized for its attentive treatment of pets, with some families expressing satisfaction in their pets being treated well and receiving post-appointment check-ins.
We switched to Silvercreek 2 years ago, when we became so disappointed with Cricket Ridge (they are not what they used to be) and have been so happy. Silvercreek is clean, professional and follows up 100% of the time to ensure the treatment provided is effective.
my family has been bringing all of our pets here for a few years now. not only are our pets treated phenomenally while in their care, but they also call to check on them after appointments.
We were visiting family in Ky from Mi Christmas Eve when our puppy developed bloody diarrhea and vomiting. We drove 1.5 hrs past several other vets who would not see us because we were not their regular patients. Bless Dr. Hammons and her staff for taking such good care of my 1yr old Pete. Don’t know what we would have done without them.
