Wow, just wanted to say thanks. I had Roto Rooter come out to unplug a blockage. I had called a Mr. Rooter up for a appointment a couple days earlier and they were a no show twice in one day. I called up Roto Rooter the next day and they arrived on time. The guy was really nice. Unfortunately he was unable to clear the blockage on his own and a couple of days later I made the attempt on my own and was successful. They were nice enough to refund all charges.
Highly satisfied with the help I received from the staff at Roto Rooter of Sandusky. Scheduled me for work the same day and in no time had my plugged sewer line clear. And....reasonably priced. Also learned they offer other plumbing needs. Would definitely recommend them to others.
Tom from Roto-Rooter did a great job fixing my root-clogged pipe. He explained everything thoroughly to me and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be calling on them again for any plumbing problems.
