I highly recommend this clinic! I chose them because they are the only accredited cat care/cat friendly clinic in the county. They also have special AHHA (not sure if that is the right acronym) accreditation for high standards of care. We are new to kitten care and took our kitten there for the first time today. The clinic was clean, nicely decorated, and the staff was amazing. Everyone was polite, welcoming and took their time explaining things to me and sharing what next steps would be. Our kitten was scared and combative (claws and teeth out and hissing) and they spoke to him calmly and quietly. They treated him with care and respect. I love this clinic. Dr Hendrikson takes the time the time to find out what’s wrong with your pet and not just treat the symptoms. We have 3 pets, 2 dogs and a cat. Our cat suffered from severe skin allergies. With his help she is back to normal and loving as ever. Thank Dr. Hendrikson!!!

We have been bringing our pets to NVMC for years, and have always been impressed with the greetings from the staff to us and our pets, the excellent and knowledgeable care, precise accurate up to date treatments during visits, and follow up phone calls from staff and Dr Hendrickson. Their attention to details have been most appreciated.
