The care and compassion that the entire staff has for animals and pet owners cannot be put into words. I had never been to this clinic before today and the entire staff, from the receptionist, to the vet tech, to the veterinarian herself, were so respectful and compassionate and treated me like family. They truly made a very difficult day a little easier because of their kindness and empathy. Every vet clinic and animal hospital should strive to be a little more like Mapleview.

Maple view is a stand out in the veterinary world. Their compassion goes above and beyond. Their willingness to get us in after being turned away place after place was the start of the best case scenario in a terrible time. It’s clear they care about animals, and animal lovers. It’s out of town for me, but will be my choice of veterinarian for any of my pets.

Words cannot explain how amazing the staff treated us in a time of dire need at Mapleview Animal Hospital in Norwalk. We were unfortunately forced to euthanize our 18 year old Maltese and the staff were so sympathetic and supportive at a time that was quite traumatic and heartbreaking for my wife and I. We’ll forever be grateful for the help and compassion they gave to us today!
