Mr. Orndorff and Mrs. Sheel are amazing at what they do. All the instructors here truly take the time to explain, demonstrate, and work through things with you. No matter what sort of background you have or what physical shape you are in. Your age doesn’t matter. Your current fitness level doesn’t matter. They work with YOU. No matter the age of the student, 4 or 104, you will walk away with better discipline, self control, listening skills, respect for yourself and others. Our son went there all the way through his 3rd degree international black belt. Mr. Orndorff and the rest of the staff are beyond compare.

You cannot find a better place to instill strong values and confidence. If I were 100 years younger, I'd go!

Mr. O is one of the best martial art instructors I have ever had the pleasure of training with, and I have trained with a lot. His schools help kids, and adults, develop the mental and emotional control they need to be successful at life.
