Highly recommend, and will be using them for our future needs! Found ourselves in a bit of a situation and it was the weekend so service calls were booked out unless I wanted to pay a premium. I don't recall the gentleman's name but he helped us out TREMENDOUSLY over the phone and got us squared away until we could get a proper service call out. I was so impressed with their professionalism and they made a repeat customer out of us!

We have used them for years at our business. Unfortunately they are not as good anymore. We had an appointment scheduled for a morning pump at 2 of our locations, by afternoon they didnt show up and when they were called they were rude and unacceptable. Then the owner or manager called us back and started complaining. I advise everyone to maybe find a more cooperative company. I heard new owner is not nice.

I have used All Town & Country on several occasions now. They are highly professional. They returned my calls. They got me in quickly. Sean was excellent! He definitely knows his stuff and located my front tank in less than a minute! I highly recommend them!

Just had the 60 year old septic tank pumped by a great technician named Jeff. He was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. He assured me that the system is working properly despite the age and advised me on what to look for if the system starts to fail. This company has been providing excellent service for our family homes in this area for many years and we will continue to rely on All Town and Country. Thank you!

I'm new to owning a septic system and was recommended All Town by the previous owners and some of my neighbors that currently use their services. I ended up using them for my county inspection for the operating permit and a pump out. Jared and Jeff did great jobs for me and were both on time, professional, and kind. I learned a lot about how my septic system operates and the things I need to be doing to keep the system maintained just by talking to them while they were here. I will definitely be using them for all of my future service on the system.

The employees are friendly and we get quick service. But we have had them come out multiple times and they have not been able to fix the problem with our septic alarm.. it goes off every day multiple times a day, and Aerator and Accessory 1. We are constantly having to reset it or turn the breaker on and off. We don’t want to have to go to a different company, but our issue is on going.

I’m writing this review with great disappointment. I have used All Town & Country Septic Tank Service in the past and had positive experiences with previous crews. However, my most recent interaction—specifically with an employee named Tyler—was completely unacceptable and has changed my opinion of this company.
I scheduled service for a Friday morning and was later told the crew couldn’t complete the job because a truck was supposedly blocking the drive. I reviewed my security footage: there was no obstruction whatsoever. This isn’t the first time I’ve been given a flimsy excuse, and it’s clear the company either overbooks or is dishonest about delays.
What truly pushed this into unacceptable territory was Tyler’s behavior. When I followed up, he was openly belligerent, dismissive, and shockingly hostile—simply because I expected the company to follow through on a scheduled service. There was no effort to resolve the issue, only anger and deflection.
This is not how any customer should be treated, especially by a service provider entrusted with essential home maintenance. If this is the kind of representative All Town & Country chooses to send out or defend, then I can no longer recommend them. They have lost my business.

Tom and Tyler always make sure that you are satisfied with the work performed. Great pricing and friendly. If they don't offer services that need done they will give you names and numbers for other companies that do those services. Great family owned business. Highly recommend.
