Ralph is a rescue who has had some unknown trauma before adoption-he was extremely matted and uncomfortable and Jill was patient and talked to him the whole time- she works very quickly and was able to remove the whole itch mess. I love that she does one dog at a time- she doesn’t have dogs sitting in crates waiting to be cleaned, cut, or tried. She is a comfort groomer and cares more about the dogs then the money.
