Rich was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. Our furnace broke. He had to order the parts and in order to keep us warm he Brought over three heaters that he had at his home to keep us warm through the night and next day till he could get the part and install it. I would highly recommend him to anyone
Woke up to 57 degree house. Called Richardsons. Received call back within 1/2 hour. Was told that they would be there between 2-4. There were here at 2. Took time to explain everything. I have heat!!!! Would highly recommend.
