I feel extremely blessed and fortunate to have utilized the absolutely best care and service from Rich from Richardson's Heating & Cooling. Rich came out a few days ago and quickly assessed and fixed our A/C unit during the blazing heat despite his jam-packed schedule.
He has taken care of our A/C & Heating needs for years, and I'm so thankful to have know such a consummate professional and wonderfully kind person like Rich.

Rich promptly returns calls and arrives on time. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our air conditioner noise. Rich is always pleasant and explains issues clearly. We highly recommend Richardsons Heating and Cooling for all HVAC needs.
Rich has been my HVAC guy for a number of years now. From the time I first met Rich to now, I've been impressed by how knowledgeable, courteous, and professional he is. Every time that his company has done work for me, I've saved money over what some of his competitors quoted but still received great products that have stood the test of time and excellent service. In my book, that means he delivers value.
