Your Review: (4 Stars)Dalton and the other two technicians were friendly, polite, respectful, fast and efficient. They did a great job, my windows look great! However, they poked holes in three of my screens, bent one of them and put one of them in backwards - Two are stuck and I can't get them out to put it in right the right way. Also, they left an extension pole behind and 3 of their rags. Someone can stop by and pick those up when in the area, just let me know. I'm only leaving a 4-star review (not 5) because they did not point out the broken and bent screens. That would have been the right thing to do. I'll mail in a check. Thank you.
Scott is hands-down the best! He gets how much I dislike animals and bugs in my home, and he and his team keep it completely pest-free. I have been trusting them for years and feel totally at ease having them in my home. Clean windows are an awesome bonus! Highly recommend!
Gary is always dependable and efficient. We have been using Ideal for years and have been so pleased with their service, their products and the results of their work. If we have any questions they are quick to respond and deal with anything that might come up. Wouldn't think of using any other company.
