I really liked Dr. Gonzalez but the staff is terrible! You make an appointment, they ask you to come in 15 minutes early and then you wait for at least 45 minutes to see the doctor. Their scheduling is the worst. I finally got fed up and walked out. They sent me a letter via FedEx stating they would no longer see me. What a blessing that was!!!!! I wasn't planning to go back anyway. They are super efficient, staff is great. Dr Gonzales is fantastic. My reason for 4 stars vs 5, is their selection of frames. They are too conservative and a little boring, need a better, fashionable/funky selection so we don't have to take the RX somewhere else. I will always go there for exam, no matter what.

Everything went very well. Took us in at the correct time. Laurie explained everything as she went along. Very neat and clean. Also cleaned machines before and after use. Dr. Gonzalez very professional and also answered questions and concerns.
