It says they are open till 9pm, but at 7:20 they have the door locked and don't answer the phone. There are people in there doing hair still, but they won't answer the door. INCREDIBLY NON PROFESSIONAL

It's a clean and quaint little place, you won't feel like you're on an assembly line. I have been going there for several years, and I have gotten great haircuts by Maria everytime.

A friend recommended this business to me for cuts and coloring, and I am so grateful!! After overpaying for years at a "posh" place, I am getting even better results for a much more reasonable cost. Maria is incredible, engaging and professional. I love the way I look every time I leave! I can't say enough about how wonderful BLHH is - so glad it was recommended to me, and I would recommend it to everyone!

Could not reach to make an appointment. I telephoned and reached voice mail several times during times voice mail said they were open and continued to reach voice mail. Left contact information and received no call back.

Shar is awesome. Every time I come here, I give her a really complex hairstyle to replicate, and she always does it spot on. It's totally worth waiting to come to Ohio to do my hair.
