I visited this salon today to change my hair color; I got highlights, and—since I was torn between different shades— Thanks for Suaad she helped me choose the perfect color. The result was absolutely beautiful! I am incredibly happy with how it turned out. Her work is very precise and professional, the salon itself is spotless, and the haircut was lovely. I highly recommend that all women and girls visit this salon.

I had such a great experience at this salon! She was incredibly kind and accommodating, and even booked me for a same day appointment, which I really appreciated. She listened carefully to what I wanted and made it even better than I imagined. My haircut turned out perfect! On top of that, she’s just such a warm and welcoming person. I highly recommend going to her!

This was my first time at this salon. The owner suad is very kind, welcoming, & easy to talk to. She knew what I want and did it just perfect! Didn't expect the result would be that amazing . It's gonna be my favorite salon for ever! Thank you so much suad for everything!

I have been going to see sue for over a year now, she is the best hairstylist around. I always leave loving my hair. She can make miracles happen!!!! Also want to mention how nice and professional she is!

It is my first and last time at this salon. I came all the way from Aurora to North Royalton to cut my hair which is 1 hr drive and I'm really regret it. The owner Sue, she cut my hair in just 10 min and when I was asking her to cut little more as I explained her how I wanted to cut, she was making weird faces and was saying I am getting late for my party. She gave me the appt at 3, even though I reached there on time.
I called her after some days to come back again to fix my hair. She was asking the full payment again, I said ok N.p, will pay then even she did not schedule me and said will call you back to schedule your appt which she never call me back.
I am very disappointed with her and suggest not to go to this salon, it is waist of money and time.
