I’ve had massages on a regular basis for many years. However, this by far has been the best one. Kara is deeply knowledgeable about body and she infused both breathing and massages at the same time. Kara’s technique is a true definition of wellness. Therefore, if you are looking to relax, or get those kinks out- this is the place to go!! Highly recommended!!
