A solid company. I had so many issues with my less than 6 month newly installed HVAC system from custom comfort, who refused to come out and fix their mistakes. I had Mark, the technician, come out and talk with me about what needed to be remedied in order for my system to work correctly. The static pressure was too high, meaning the amount of supply was too high compared to the amount of return. It was almost double. After some diagnostic testing, he determined how big the return vents needed to be to correlate with the amount of cfm's, and he also determined that there needed to be dampers on each supply run since there weren't any to begin with. All was great. On time & friendly and seriously looked to solve my problem. They came out only the day or so after my request. Ended up needing a new Aprilaire humidifier and they will install tomorrow. Now that’s service right away!! Thanks Sal’s.
Richard contacted me with an arrival time. He arrived on time and was very polite and respectful of my home. He explained his findings in clear terms. I will definitely call Sal's for future plumbing needs.
