“DeFazio worked miracles in our backyard. That sounds like a stretch but our backyard was a swamp. With two larger dogs, this was untenable to say the least. DeFazio came out and guided us through removing trees, adding grading, moving sprinklers, and installing drainage that nailed the problem.

They even helped navigate our city's ridiculous permit process, switching course due to an overzealous City Engineer, but still coming up with a process that worked for our overall goals.

When doing the work, they were extremely professional, quick, and careful to nail the specs and meet the requirements. We would highly recommend DeFazio to anyone thinking of updating their backyard. We will likely be going back for more!“

“Directions: I-71 exit 231 (OH-82 WB.) To Prospect Rd (OH-237 NB), turn right. 1/4 mi after RR crossing and stop light, look for the green Kalinich sign in front of the white house. Turn right into the driveway immediately afterwards (swing wide/it's easy to miss). Will be turning into the driveway between the two small white houses. Will see loading docks straight ahead. Will need to do a U-turn or Y-turn to get turned around. They gave me a dock quickly and started loading me right away. When you bump the dock, pull forward an inch or two so they can raise the dock plate.“
