“Hired Brian and his crew to complete a large vinyl fence for us in Niles. His crue showed up and bored the post holes but couldn’t get deep enough on a few and stated the fence would be fine. Our gate has not properly shut or latched since installation after spending 12k I was frustrated. Brian has been out multiple times to adjust gate but now latch hardware stripped out and will not close! We also have a post leaning and falling already where they “couldn’t get deep enough” I have contacted Brian and he refuses to answer my calls anymore and I am unable to reach him. We spoke at the beginning of spring and he did not seem to care and stated he would make it out when he can but is very busy right now. He wasn’t to just to take my payment though last year now that our fence is up he no longer cares about the quality of his work. If Brian does not return my call and set up a time to come out I will be taken legal action with my attorney at Guneria and Seacrest law firm.

Brian has since reached out to me directly and advised he would be out with me hardware to fix the gate and post. I am satisfied we have connected and the issue has been resolved! Over all the fence is great and the guys were professional! I will update pictures once the fence has been corrected.

If he repairs the fence and returns my call I will gladly change my review. Other than those issues we love our fence.“
