Recently an emergent c section. The lady that answered the phone- so friendly. The techs- so friendly. And the doctor was also very kind. I drive 1.5 hours each way because they are so kind, supportive, along with their stellar medical care.
This was my first visit to this facility and first visit with Dr. Lindstrom for my adult royal python. Facility itself was beautiful--it had a large waiting room so anyone waiting with their pets really didn't have to be so close and a separate "kitty korner" for the cats. I appreciate their efforts to decrease the stress of the pets while waiting. I could probably spend all day sharing the amazing experience I had working with Dr. Lindstrom but actually want people to read this. We aren't from the area, so we can only speak about our one experience with this clinic. On a road trip from Chicago to Philadelphia, or poor baby Sam (he was 14, but he's always a baby to us), went into cardiac failure, and we had to take him here to be put down. Everyone was so kind and warm, they made this horrible experience so much more bearable with their kindness. Less than 2 weeks later, we received a card in the mail from the office, with nurses and doctor offering their condolences. It may seem like a small thing, but I so appreciate the gesture. Thank you for taking care of our Sam, and letting us be with him at the end.
