Our sales person, Jackie, came in our her day off to help us pick out an affordable carpet and be able to rush our order. Jackie has helped us in the past, but she goes above and beyond. She has also brought carpet samples to our home in order to save us time. We continue to come here for the excellent service we receive.
Just wanted to say “Thank You” to Jackie. I called the store yesterday needing something. She went out of her way to find it for me. I stopped in to get it and ended up talking with her like I’ve known her forever. She picked out the perfect carpet for me… I love it ?

I needed new carpeting (bedrooms and hall) and vinyl plank for a living room and dining room. I stopped in the North Ridgeville office due to the proximity to the location of the job and the staff was super helpful. I said I want inexpensive but not crappy carpet and a good looking vinyl plank for a house that is going on the market. They pointed me to really great options. Let me take the samples home to make sure they looked good. Picked them back up when they came to quote a few days later and had the quote within a day.
