he old lady with white shoulder length hair is insanely rude during every interaction I’ve had with her. She is so condescending in her tone and has a huge attitude every time I bring clothes in. I’ve given this store multiple chances and it’s happened every time, I dread coming in and seeing her. I will be taking my business elsewhere now- even though I’m a regular weekly customer and this location is convenient- it’s not worth the awful and hostile customer service I receive from this lady every time I come in.

Do not go here. They do not accept coupons they give out and their hours are only until 4.

Very rude customer service- their hours online say they are open until 6:00pm. I called at 2:50pm and the person who answered was very rude and rushed me off of the phone saying she was closing…. Okay so why answer the phone if you were not prepared to answer client questions? Very rude- will not be using this company and will advise against it to all I know.
