This was my first time visiting this facility/Dr. Novak, and due to a last-minute scheduling conflict, I had to bring my 4-year-old son with me to my eye exam. I had never brought a small child with me to an appt like this so I was little nervous.Both the staff and doctor went out of their way to accommodate me, and even let my son “help” with a couple things and sit in my lap at times.In addition to being pleased with the overall service, I was very impressed by how accommodating they all were and how welcome/engaged they made my son feel during the hour-long appt. Definitely 5-stars.

These are some of the nicest ladies I have ever had to deal with. From getting in to order my glasses to the person who spent a lot of time with me to get just what I felt I needed. What a great experience! Even during these trying times, they were so kind.
