The front desk staff and the nurses were wonderful, kind and quick! The provider (nurse practitioner) wasn’t this way he was extremely condescending, invalidating, and overall his bed side manner needs improvement.

I just have to say, this is the best Urgent Care center I have ever been too. Everyone was very kind, and they were very quick, but also thorough. I was very impressed with everyone from the lady at the counter, the nurse who took my vitals, and the nurse practitioner who saw me. I wouldn't hesitate to go back here again. Seriously the very best.

The staff is genuinely amazing and they got me in and taken care of quick and fast they also didnt sound annoyed when i explained i had a tooth infection but i was there because i didnt have dental insurance

I just went to Health express and I couldn't have had nicer people take care of me. I went on a Sunday at 5pm and the receptionist, nurse and doctor where all so sweet and kind and caring. Not one single complaint. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs quick professional care. The medical team is amazing. Don't waste your time at urgent care. This is my new go to when I need medical care and don't wanna go to the hospital.
