We are extremely happy with our Greco home. Dan and Mike made the process enjoyable and fairly easy. Communication with them throughout the process was timely and detailed. The design and craftsmanship of our home was very well thought out and complete. We are thrilled with all of the selections and assistance they gave us during the build. From start to finish, a Greco home has been everything we had hoped for when deciding to build again. Dan and Mike were with us every step of the way. They assisted in the selection and purchase of the lot, listened to our design preferences and presented us with prints which answered all our needs. The quality of work was exceptional, and our overall rating on the entire process is A1. Even the city inspector relayed to us "your Greco built home was one of the best". When building a home it is a big decision - choosing Dan and Mike was what we did right first! They made the entire process seem like nothing at all!!! They were attentive to our customizations as well as provided their own ideas on what to do. I felt comfortable knowing that they have had 10+ year relationships with all of their sub-contractors. I HIGHLY recommend building with the Greco Building Group!! They couldn't be nicer and have made me feel more comfortable with everything from start to finish! None of our build was stressful and they even finished a week early!
