Hopefully problem solved on my Mitsubishi units. Technician Samantha put a lot of effort and troubleshooting time here. Technician was super nice and informative. I'm happy so far. Give them a call they care.
Thanks again Ben for how professionally you and CLIMATE-TECH handled our situation over here in V-Town. Our comfort level has improved significantly and the issue is completely fixed on our Ductless Mini Split System! Also, kudos to Kyle for his expertise and dedication to getting the job done right and communicating with me during the process.
