Absolutely amazing service! I called to make an appointment for my dog to get her heart mur mur checked out. Thinking I would wait a few days for an appointment. They instead got me in same day and did labs and xray
The doctor is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the animals he has as patients. The front desk workers are also phenomenal. I will be returning to their office for all of my dogs needs!
I brought my dog Jax in because he had an infected tooth that was making his face swell up and my vet in the Columbus area was not able to schedule any kind of surgical appointments for over a month. Dr. Raina and his wife saw my dog and instead of just taking some initial observations and sending me out with an appointment date to come back with, they told me they would be willing to help him that day and he was in surgery a couple of hours later even though they were incredibly busy. They even stayed long past their closing time to make sure my boy was okay and took the time to carefully explain everything to me even though they were exhausted. Our cat had a scuffle with our other cat and her ear was sliced open. This vet did a great job and had her fixed up within a couple hours.
Didn’t overcharge or throw extra fees at us. Highly recommend for emergency situations.
