Great experience from start to finish. Aaron in sales was phenomenal. He helped me navigate an Out State purchase without any difficulty. He was even available for me on his day off. He made my delivery day perfect with the unveiling. Adam in finance was top notch as well. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted for any purchase of a new or used automobile. It was well worth the drive there. A huge thank you again to Aaron and Adam and the rest of the staff for making this purchase one I’ll never forget.
I was interested in purchasing a Mercedes for my son and I to share and I wandered into this dealership where I met Amra Covic. We explained to Amra what we were looking for and she walked us through all of our options, explained the positives and negatives of each car we were considering and helped us choose the perfect car. Unfortunately the car we were looking for wasn't on the lot but Amra went to work and within a week we had exactly what we were looking for.
