I spoke to several pool builders/refinishers in NE Ohio. Some were downright rude, perhaps too much success since COVID?
High-Tech, from the first call through the entire process has been a DREAM. Terry made the process of choosing the right tile and finish easy. Rich and the install team were fantastic. Great communication. Great finished product. Cannot say enough good things about them.

We just closed our pool after a wonderful summer of fun :( Dustin Sheets did an incredible job servicing our pool each week and keeping our equipment working perfectly. Last week he closed our pool and made sure everything would be worry-free for the winter months. He has been a great resource and we were truly able to enjoy everything this year without issue. Thank you High-Tech Pools and Dustin for an amazing 2025!
