My wife contacted the company by phone to get a representative to come out and give us an estimate for a fence. They told her to go outside and measure everything and send it to them. And then based on that they will give an estimate. I also sent them a Facebook message asking if they do onsite estimates. No response As for customer service that’s crap. I’m only like 5 miles from their facility. There’s other fence companies in town, so they can have my business. I contacted Austintown fence yesterday and they came out today and took all of the information they need and will send my estimate asap. Thanks for nothing Estherlee

Great experience dealing with the staff! Knowledgeable about there products and helped through every step. We changed plans several times requesting several different quotes until we were satisfied with our layout and budget. The installer was fantastic. He was very friendly and made sure to verify with us first if he had to make minor adjustments. Would highly recommend. Best prices around better than the big box stores!
