This business is absolutely fantastic. I called because my wood stove was plugged and leaking cerasoite, and smoking out of the pipe going to the chimney. Jacob came right out that day, looked at it and immediately set up to come and clean it out. They were here and completely cleaned out the chimney, stove and pipe. It was really bad. Had we not gotten this done, it could have killed us from carbon monoxide. Thank you Katie, Jacob, Austin and David, you were life savers. They also have a wonderful program to have it scheduled every year, at a great price

I absolutely loved how responsive they were. They did an excellent work staying on top of being open and transparent about the costs and the process. They fireplace is back to running like new. Oh and they left the work space as clean as they found it which is always a huge plus.
