This studio and its instructors go above and beyond! They have helped me recover from injuries and stay strong. They are compassionate. They also have a fabulous sense of humor sometimes!

If you are looking for a place to practice yoga, look no further. Excellent, professional instructors.Many yoga class options from beginners yoga to more advanced classes. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love our gentle Yoga class, which is generally taught by Mike. The class truly helps to bring balance and peace into my very busy life! I have been going for 5-1/2 years now; my only regret is that I did not start at an earlier age. I credit this practice with helping my mobility considerably after an auto accident which caused additional damage to my spine, which already suffers from severe scoliosis.
