Jason has been there for years and he is always incredible! Was there today for myself and 16 year old daughter. She is very self-conscious and it’s very difficult for her to decide on a pair of glasses that make her feel good. I was trying to listen to what she was describing and what she wanted and when I was picking things out, she wasn’t very excited. He heard what she was saying and brought over a couple pair and she fell in love with both. He is such a kind and sweet person. I have to say that Josh went above and beyond his pay and deserves a raise after this past Saturday night, 04-18-26. He was bombarded with 4 or 5 customers literally fifteen minutes before closing. He patiently helped everyone and with a smile. No sighing or rolling his eyes. With respect and no attitude he gave everybody a happy weekend!
Every employee I've encountered has been great. Friendly and pleasant. And what a great selection of inventory, more than most places. The prices are fair as well, so much so that the three of us all got multiple pairs. And, I picked out two more frames while I was waiting Saturday night. I was skeptical about going to Walmart for my eye care, but not anymore. The staff were great and funny. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything in laymen’s terms, so it was easy to understand how my prescription changed. Very helpful and I had a great time at a doctor’s visit??? Highly recommend. And for all you haters with the lousy 1 reviews. Dude it was Covid. Please….
