Yesterday I got to interact with Project Consultant Brian Breining. Flagged him down because I had a leak in my roof. He was great to work with, checked the roof and informed me the roof was sound and the leak was coming from a vent joint that I could easily handle myself if I was comfortable doing. Will definitely keep Royalty Roofing in mind when the roof needs replaced. Brian was a pleasure to work with.
We received a roof replacement and skylight replacement. Crew arrived at about 6AM and went right to work - complete tear off and old skylight removal, then installed new underlayment, skylights and shingles and were done before noon! Professional work and clean up -- couldn't have asked for more. Follow up visit two days later rep answered all my questions and even adjusted a couple of minor things that he noticed. Overall great job.
