Just wanted to give a thumbs up to Royalty Roofing. I called for an estimate and was told that my roof has 10-12 more years of life! Thank you for being honest, and I will call you when the time comes to replace my roof.

Delilah arrived promptly, after notifying me of her arrival time. (Very professional). She listened to my roof concern/problems, and completed the inspection in a timely manner. She diagnosed the roof issues and suggested a course of action. Delilah answered all my questions, and was easy to talk with.

We could not be happier with the customer service of this team, especially Chris Baker. They are so focused on finding the right solution for our complex roofing needs, and really know all the ins and outs of dealing with our insurance company to properly cover the cost of damages. Chris is thorough and his follow up is excellent.
