The dry cleaners is AMAZING! They are fast, did a great job with getting stains out and everyone was super nice and professional. The alternations on the other hand deserves a 0/5. I had a zipper replaced on a pair of jeans. It took a month to get done and I wore them for the first time today and just realized the threading wasn’t done right, so I’ll have to find a different alterations place to get it redone at.
Grateful for a local dry cleaner to still exist, like Picasso Cleaners. How quickly they turn around a garment is incredible, especially for how reasonable their rates are. I take all of my sport coats here.
It's the only place I go. Honest as can be, too. I once left 5000 in a jacket pocket, and my wife unknowingly took my jacket in to the cleaners. They called later that day and even stayed open so I could come get it.
