Coach Em is awesome! Love working with her! Em always has a smile on, she’s funny, encouraging, and will not let you slack off! Time with Em is money well spent! Facility is clean and taken care of.
Such a fantastic community here!! The trainers are incredible!! They truly care for you and help you push to reach your full potential! Can’t recommend this place enough!! Huge shout out to Coach Emma! She’s helped me achieve my goals and more and I can’t thank her enough for her support and encouragement!!
I love this place. I’ve been going here for a few years now and the results I have seen are something I would not be able to find anywhere else. The coaches are amazing and the camaraderie between other athletes has allowed me to call it my home away from home for 1.5-2 hours a each time I’m there. I highly recommend NST to everyone that is looking to get better!
