This place is great ! I've taken several things in to have altered an repaired very friendly an fast . I recently took an expensive shirt in to have sleeve repaired they said would be done in an hour I came back in hour it was done an shop didn't charge said it was a small job, WOW!!! now that's customer service!!! Highly recommend!!!
I'm a freshman in college who loves to wear super baggy pants, and they always know exactly how to hem them! Every other alterations place I've been to has not
understood that the bagginess is intentional unless I give a very detailed explanation of what I want. But the woman running this shop pins them at a great length in less than 10 seconds! Her husband is also very nice and was super helpful with my questions about the clothing. My pants are always done super fast and at an incredible price! Could not recommend more.
I got two bridesmaids dresses altered! The turn around was very fast— two weeks. The couple running the shop were very friendly.
When I came to pick up my dresses I paid and left— and as I was sitting in my car they ran out after me and said they may have over charged me. So I went back inside and they redid the math and gave me money back.
I wouldn’t have known any different, their prices are very reasonable. But I respect them going out of their way to make things right without any reason to do so. That’s such a great virtue and it honestly blew me away.
