Customer service exceeded my expectations. When the supplier shipped 2 incorrect accent tiles, Morris flooring stepped up and corrected the situation. They placed a special order, paid all the freight charges and accepted responsibility for their suppliers mistake. Good service is hard to find but excellent service is very rare.
