My first pedicure ever. Had an appointment, walked in and was given no instructions other than sign in. Then told to sit in the back. I had no idea what I was doing and no one was willing to help me. I asked another client where I was supposed to sit since the chairs looked different and one was already set up for someone. The girl who did my pedicure was nice but I never learned her name. I showed her my gift card so she proceeded to give me the pedicure that matched the gift card. After I was all done, she then tells me my gift card was too old (2.5 years) and they would only honor half of the gift card amount. I was very surprised. I have been coming here for almost 5 years. They are all amazing and even when I change my mind on colors they always change it with a smile. They are like family, even my sister in law drives 20 minutes to come here . My nails are perfect ?

I love the whole shop and have been going for years and I go to Bekka for all my needs . I will say I always feel welcome and loved on by anyone that is working . Thank you to the whole Lexy nail family ❤️
