WOW!! What an AMAZING company the whole experience- Right from Tina running the office and scheduling for us! She was absolutely one of the most knowledgeable individuals that we have experienced in a LONG time about her industry! To Brian the Tech that came out to service and pump for our daughter and son in law! Again he was TOP NOTCH in his industry! We were definitely pleased with the entire service start to finish!! If you need Septic service of any Kind -- DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE!!!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! AGAIN THANK YOU TO THEIR ENTIRE TEAM!!!

I had my septic tank clean by your professional “Eli” and I was beyond pleased with how they do business! I called a called another company in the area and they discouraged me from having my tanks pumped as it had not been a year? Then after arguing with me that I should not have them pumped, asked me if we had the same concrete drive I said no we had replaced about 6-7 months ago. The secretary immediately said let me check came back to the phone and said it has to be a year of new concrete! Ok I will check with another company. Wanted to Thank Tina, the receptionist, for all of her valuable information, about our septic system and scheduling our appointment. I have never had a septic system before and she was Very Knowledgeable, Courteous, and Professional, while talking on the phone. Also wanted to Thank Eli, the Service Technician, he was Very Professional, Courteous, and Friendly when he arrived. he cleaned our tank and distribution box, with NO mess and gave me some valuable tips for maintaining our system !! I would Highly Recommend Humbert Septic Tank Cleaning, if your are in need, and especially Eli and Tina, they were AWESOME !!!!!
