The staff here are amazing! They took such good care of our pups while we were in town for a wedding. Highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!

I have never left my dogs in boarding before, and I was really nervous. But I didn't need to be! My two pups had such a good time and were happy and healthy when I picked them up. It's obvious that all the staff cares for the dogs and that they are in good hands. Thank you for loving on my two!

The staff are all so kind and helpful. Our dog loves to go to daycare at Hatties! She runs to the door every time we drop her off! I love their mission and the care they provide to the dogs in their care.

Hattie’s was a HUGE lifesaver for me!! My dog was scheduled to be boarded elsewhere and upon dropping him off on my way to the airport it was in the middle of an active fire & I had to find a different place. On Sunday morning Hattie’s was the only one open and took him in with open arms!!! Hattie’s was amazing with taking my nervous phone calls to check on him while I was gone. He came home & crashed so he clearly had a great time! Will 100% use them in the future!!

I really feel good about leaving my Sophie here. They take such good care of her and she gets to play and play with other dogs her size. The staff is friendly and eager to help. It's also clean and fairly priced.

As a former employee, i think i can provide more information about this place than anyone who was serviced here. I worked here for 5+ years before i was laid off. The building is beyond repair. Cage doors are rusted, and few have been replaced. The ceiling lights contain a genocide of stink bugs and are rarely ever cleaned. Two windows have mold in them, and that mold was thriving in 2019 when i started. This was brought up to management, and they said they would look at it, but they didn't. The boss above the manger denies there ever being mold in the building, but has done nothing to prove it. The ceiling has had a leak on several occasions, and parts of the walls are falling apart and rusted. Some of the tile is missing in some of the playrooms. This building has so many things wrong with it its hard to name them all. I don't know how they can do tours, and the people touring miss it. I wasn't trained at all when i started and had to learn the job myself. However, this is something that has improved recently. The staff are generally nice for the most part. But i wouldn't trust some of them with my own dog. There is a lack of communication between staff members that has gone on since i worked there and probably longer. No one is ever on the same page. The company is supposed to specialize in job skills for people with developmental disabilities, but I've overheard staff complaining about trainees who may work slower than others. And do absolutely nothing to help them. And if they do help at all, its with frustration and impatience. I've also overheard some of the staff using derogatory slurs directed at people with disabilities, and that's completely unacceptable. The work environment is extremely toxic. The drama in this place is unbelievable for a place that you get play with and take care of dogs all day. I was actually robbed by a coworker while we both were on the clock. There was an investigation, and none of my items were returned. The dogs are another story. The dogs that are allowed here, most of them have behavioral issues that trainees report to the staff. Caution is taken seriously. There have been serious injuries to both dogs and humans. No alternative training is required for boarding or daycare or offered if an issue arises. The trainees have no idea what to look for to prevent a fight, and the staff have no idea either. I've had to do my own research while watching the dogs play, which ultimately helped me develop a trained eye for it. There are temperment tests dogs go through before they are allowed to come back for daycare/ boarding, and the staff only pay attention about 75% of the time. If your dog gets a good report on the temperment test, but you start hearing complaints a few weeks later, they didn't pay attention the first time, and they are receiving the consequences of not paying attention the first time. By no means should you read this review and immediately choose not to bring your dog here. Please think for yourself and discuss what's best for your dog before you decide on a place for boarding and / or daycare.

Relative worked here, said owners purposely locked customers dog in a room with a breeder dog and let it be raped for hours. Owners are weirdo druggies who probably sell animal abuse Porn or something
