Absolutely love the “pick out your glasses girls” Mindy, Stacey and Sherri. They are so patient and kind. I also had a great experience in person with Crystal at the front desk. She helped me get an appointment situation figured out at the busy end of the year when we had to change an appointment due to a medical emergency. . She was very kind and sympathetic. I did not care for my interaction with a call center prior to that, who obviously had not addressed my issue. With so many great people at this office, I’d like to see the impersonal call center job be given to a new hire physically at the office. Other than that, great professional experience.
Walked into prepay my husband's bill and wanted to change an upcoming appointment for myself to sooner. Dr. Smit was there and the staff workrd me in 45 min. Later!! Am now scheduled for a procedure next monday!!!
My husband has been a patient of Dr. Turgeon for the last year. He was able to get my husband's sight back for him by correcting a previous cataract surgery preformed by a different Doctor. He then preformed a cataract surgery on his other eye with outstanding results. So, when I began having an issue with my eye, I immediately had my Dr. refer me to Dr. Turgeon's office. Again, he put my mind at ease by diagnosing the problem and he told me what needed to be done to correct this. We will go nowhere else but to Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons.
