My husband and I are new homeowners and needed help quickly when our AC unit wouldn’t kick on. The CKP team dispatched a phenomenal service tech, Matt, to our home first thing in the morning who quickly located the issue and was able to correct same day. Our AC was back in business by early afternoon after a quick part replacement. We will definitely work with them again for our heating and cooling needs in the future.

I want to Thank CKP Heating and Cooling for a VERY Professional and Thorough evaluation of my Heating and Cooling needs for my home. I too, am a Trades Contractor, so the fear of having to rely on another Contractor to quote and / or work on your own home can be daunting and our own expectations can be very judgmental! Knowing my own hectic schedule, CKP made the scheduling of the evaluation flexible and willing to work around my own " unknowns" that come up in a trade. This was much appreciated! Once I completed my own jobsite task and was able to meet, they arrived as promised and were very knowledgeable and thorough! Being a female, they did not talk down to me, they treated me with the utmost respect and willing to share the knowledge of what they saw versus what they felt I needed, and the why's without expecting a "man" to be there to help with a decision! They also did not hard sell me or expect me to sign immediately. I mentioned I was getting other Quotes and they did not pressure for the "Same Day Close." They were more concerned that I felt confident in the details of the new system's updates compared to my 35 year old heating and cooling system and the installation changes that would be required. Their Quote was Excellent and Very Fair within the HVAC Trade. Their Professionalism is a 5 star Plus! I Highly Recommend CKP Heating and Cooling!
