Brian came out the day after reaching him. We had a shingle blow off a newish roof. He knew it was going to rain, so he made time for us after the end his regular schedule, to help avoid water damage for our home. He was quick about helping and had it fixed in less than an hour. We highly recommend him for any problems you might run into with your roof. We plan to have him do other needed repairs, in the future.

Brian has been an amazing and supportive contractor from the start! We were connected through a mutual friend while I was still living in New Mexico. I needed my backyard to be fenced-in for my 3 doggies, before moving back to Ohio. Brian made that happen, and I am so pleased with the job he did. 2 months later, I had a pipe break in my ceiling and called Brian right away! He and his team came out the next morning to assess the damage and clean up the mess. Brian also helped me deal with my insurance agent from then start! I had a fantastic experience with Architectural Exteriors LLC. Contacted them for a minor roof repair. Brian was prompt, responsive and took care of the issue for a reasonable price. I will definitely contact them in the future for other issues.
