“Justin @ Dan Faith Construction has been tremendous to work with. Extremely communicative and to the point. Any projects we partner on have been easy going and stress free. Looking forward to working with the Dan Faith down the road!”
“Imperial Glazing Concepts was a pleasure to work with. They replaced a double glazed sealed unit very quickly and professionally. Kevin is a window wizard and did a great job of replacing the unit with Preston. Amy at the office was also a great help and very friendly. I thoroughy recommend this company. thank you guys for all your help. You were great”
“Update 8/19/2025 - Our window (not one they installed) reflected onto our siding and started melting it. We called our sales person at Quality and they came out and fixed it quickly. Again, I can not say it enough of what great customer service they have. Not only at Quality but with the relationship they have with the installers too. FANTASTIC! Keep up the good work!! Also side note - we live in Westlake and they are all located in Youngstown! Also side note - make sure to tint windows that you think could reflect onto your darker siding. Easy fix for us!
I couldn't be more happy with the excellent customer service and installation of our full house siding and windows! They took extra care in the installation and whenever I had a concern or question the response time was, at the least, amazing. Even if it was an evening or weekend I received a response right away! I would recommend to anyone looking for a siding and window contractor any day. To top it all off the price was really competitive as well! So thankful for our new look to our home by Quality Windows, LLC!!”
