“I initially came in for a gelx full set. When a nail popped off 2 days later, the owner wanted to make it right. Terry saved the day as she spent 4 hours removing the faulty set and installing a new builder gel full set with nail art that eats! Cat eye base with isolated chrome. She was meticulous, spent time explaining steps, and suggested design edits to personalized my nails to my upcoming event dress. Terry is a must!
I also had Rhonda as a stylist for my haircut. She spent time showing me where my bangs and layers would hit and confirmed my vision before cutting. I'm used to salons providing hot tool styling like curls/straightening as part of the service. I think the price of the haircut is absolutely appropriate for this disparity. A little bit of leave in conditioner would be a nice touch.”
