She knew exactly what I needed and applied extra pressure in those areas that required extra attention. When I first arrived she explained everything she was going to do and we discussed my problem areas. This immediately put me at ease! I especially enjoyed the “extras”…hot towels, warm face mask, and hot stones…and hands down the massage!!“

I always feel comfortable and completely relaxed when finished. We have added reflexology and it has made a HUGE difference.
