I'm pleased with the regularity of pickups. Usually around 7:30 am every Tuesday morning. The thing I hate is the way the drivers treat their own equipment. They furnish a 95-gallon tote, which was just replaced like four months ago because the other one was just destroyed from rough treatment while dumping. I noticed the replacement has a large crack already on the face that they lift from. It also would be nice if they'd think of the seniors living on limited incomes and offer a discount instead of raising the bill every time you get it,

The drivers are always kind and leave my can in an upright nice facing position when I schedule bulk pickups they are always kind and on time. I have been a wm customer for more then 10 years now never had a problem that could not be resolved

Service started out a little rocky to get containers (and it didn't help that someone stole my first one). It has been fine up until I had a bulk item needing to be picked up. The site literally won't allow me to schedule the pickup. Sent an inquiry and really didn't get an answer to being unable to schedule a pickup even though customer service marked it as resolved. Whatever though.
