We scheduled a summer AC maintenance visit on our system that was a year old. This system was installed when our new home was built by a different company. Brody came out and inspected and tested the system and recorded baseline values for temperatures, current, voltages and more. He was very helpful in educating us on our system and also found a couple of settings that were not correct from the installation. He gave us what we feel was exceptional service and will definitely be using Shaw for future maintenance and repairs.
