I have a few investment properties in Columbus Metro area. Jesse at SetPoint has been my go to person for any of my HVAC needs. Set Point does the work right and at the right price. Our compressor went out on our A/C. I reached out via email to ask for an estimate, and in less than 12 hours we had we had our compressor fixed and the A/C was working like new. Never once tried to upsell a replacement, showed/explained exactly what was wrong, and fixed it with a part on the van. Professional, responsive, very fair from a price standpoint. Even entertained my 5 year old who thought she had a new best friend!
